Infrared light for a healthy scalp
Healthy hair grows from a healthy scalp. Infrared technology at a wavelength of 650 nm supports scalp balance, helps reduce sebum production, and decreases dandruff occurrence.
No more burnt hair - AI watches the temperature for you
The biggest enemy of hair when blow-drying is overheating. Powerton SMART IONAI therefore measures the air temperature more than 100 times per second and continuously regulates heating. This helps prevent heat damage to hair and protects its natural shine. In AI mode it goes even further: it automatically detects the distance of the dryer from the hair and adjusts power accordingly, so air hitting the scalp remains at a stable 55 °C -- whether you hold the dryer closer or farther. You focus on the style, the dryer handles the temperature.
6 modes: from long hair to dog fur
Every hair type needs a different approach and the Powerton SMART IONAI has a mode for every situation:
AI mode - the dryer itself regulates temperature based on distance from the hair
Isothermal - maintains a constant temperature of your choice: warm air 55 °C, hot 80 °C, or cool at room temperature
Long hair - automatic temperature cycling in a sequence that handles even large hair volumes
Short hair - quick drying and easy styling for shorter cuts
Child mode - gentler care for sensitive children‘s scalps: lower RPM (70,000 rpm) and a maximum of 65 °C
Pet mode - quiet and gentle drying for fur at temperatures up to 45 °C
The safety of the whole family is further ensured by triple protection: an overheat fuse, an NTC sensor, and motor protection.
Plasma technology against frizz
The dryer releases positive and negative ions that neutralize the surface charge of the hair. The result? Less static electricity, less frizz, and smoother, shinier hair. Plasma care also reduces hair breakage caused by friction. The dryer generates a high concentration of plasma particles within 3-5 minutes - i.e., during a normal drying session.
