OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER:
1.
place the cell on the silicon area of the spot welder, adjust the clamp of the
welding base to clamp the welded part of the cell.
2)
Adjust spot welding parameters By selecting with the "up" and "down" buttons and
confirming with the "OK" button, the parameters preheat, pulse, HtGap and times
(continuous spot welding) can be adjusted to the corresponding spot welding
power.
Start
spot welding: Press the tip of the welding fixture appropriately to the point to
be welded, make sure the tip of the fixture is in good contact with the nickel
plate, with no slack or poor contact. Finish
welding after current output.
