Extralink Patchcord LAN is a 1 meter long copper network cable. Patchcord LAN is the basic element of computer networks operating in Ethernet standard. It is used to directly connect two active devices, such as a router or switch, so that data can be transferred between them. It is also used to connect computers or Voip telephones for structured cabling and to perform patch panel switching in IT cabinets. It is perfect for both large and small computer networks. Screened category 5e FTP Patchcord by Extralink is terminated with screened, gold plated RJ45 plugs. It is made of four-wire cable, twisted pair type, made of pure copper, thanks to which it is possible to power network devices in PoE standard.
